My Approach & What Sets Me Apart.
Women’s health has long been underrepresented in exercise science and medical research. As a result, much of the advice out there doesn’t fully reflect the complexity of the female body, or how it changes across different life stages.
My approach is designed to bridge that gap. It brings together the latest research on hormones, metabolism, pelvic health, and chronic disease prevention, and turns it into practical, evidence-based programs women can actually stick with for the long term.
While aesthetics can be part of the journey, the focus goes far beyond that. Women tend to live longer than men, so building strength, muscle, bone density, cardiovascular fitness, and metabolic health is key to maintaining independence, confidence, and quality of life as the years go on.
This is a women-first, personalised and clinically informed approach:
Programs are tailored to each individual, guided by assessment, clinical insight, and ongoing progress tracking
The focus is on honest outcomes, improving strength, mobility, endurance, and managing symptoms where needed.
Support extends through rehabilitation, recovery, and the management of chronic conditions, helping women build a body that functions well now and into the future.
Once key clinical goals are achieved, there’s the option to transition into ongoing online coaching to maintain progress, performance, and long-term health.
